Software Engineer - SELinux

• Position summary:

  SELinux is a cutting edge, vital, security component of Linux. We are looking for an engineer to maintain and enhance SELinux policy for Fedora and Red Hat Enterprise Linux while participating in the open source community projects related to SELinux.

• Requirements:
  • Relevant university IT degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with managing open source products in an IT setting.
  • Systems engineer or systems administration experience.
  • Quality assurance or testing experience.
  • Open source development experience.
  • Substantial experience with Linux.
  • Experience creating and modifying SELinux policy is advantage.
  • Systematic work ability.
  • Creativity and inventiveness.
  • Ability to fix and solve problems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with other teams.
  • Communicative knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
